The dirty 30...
Poured into a pint glass.
P: 2 fingers of bubbly mocha head covering a dark coffee appearance with traces of amber along the edges. Head has decent retention that settles to a thin layer on top.
S: Soured milk is first out of the fate followed by roasted malts and a dirty rotten wood aroma. Hay, coffee and a timid phenol smell round this off. It does remind me of buffalo sweat.
T/M: Light and carbonated body that has an almost weightless feel. Sweetness is vey dull, but roasted malts are feature forward. Taste is better than the nose, however it has an odd flavor profile. The milk arises on the back of the throat on the finish which also brings a slightly bitter sweet cocoa and coffee tadrevtovrhe party.
O: An interesting beer that is not one of my favorites but is not bad. The feel and flavor is similar to a porter gone wrong. Not a bad beer but one I will easily forget.

On draft at Wobbly Bobby in Rapid City, SD.
The bar is lowly lit, but the beer appears near black and opaque with approximately a half inch of beige head. Big chocolate aromas with some milk presence. Chocolate milk flavor throughout. Elegant and light on the palate, but by no means thin. A tad sweet, complimented by some bitter chocolaty tones in the finish. Really tasty.
