Appearance: Pours out a dark brown color that appears close to an opaque brown in the glass. Just a few ruby highlights. About 1" of khaki head forms, which has decent retention, and really no lacing.
Smell: Smells slightly nutty and roasty with a hint of coffee up front, with a good deal of vanilla following. Pretty unique, I like it.
Taste: Malts are very nutty up front, with some roast and coffee in the middle, and plenty of vanilla sweetness on the back end and finish. Little to no hops to speak of. Overall, a very tasty combination.
Mouthfeel/Overall: Light to medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Pretty good. Overall, I definitely prefer this to the original Buffalo Sweat, and I like the original. This is a pretty solid milk stout, and I will definitely look have it again.

On-tap at Merchant's in Madison, Wisconsin. 16oz pour into a nonic pint glass today, 3/15/2014.
App- Dark black body, lovely one finger tan head with good retention. Drinking the beer leaves rings upon rings of thick lacing. Very nice appearing stout.
Smell- Roasty, dark chocolate, a bit of coffee, a hint of earth. As it warms, a good bit of vanilla bean starts to take over, and by room temperature, it's quite dominant. Nothing like BVDL or anything like that but it's definitely hard to miss the vanilla which cuts into the initial roast and sweetness very well.
Flavour- Same as in the nose. Starts roasty, chocolatey, espresso forward. Drinks like a nice earthy stout would. There are hints of vanilla bean in the beginning but it comes into its own as it warms, providing a nice bitterness and strong vanilla essence that does not taste artificial at all, and ends up balancing out the dark malts very well.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied, on the thinner side on the verge of being watery. Otherwise good carbonation, nice semi-bitter vanilla aftertaste that stays on the tongue for some time. Super easy to drink, no hint of any kind of ABV. It's a good beer for a night out.
Overall- Accessible, not expensive, and a nice vanilla bean presence in an otherwise solid stout base. Would definitely be willing to drink again if I see this on tap.

A - poured into my Stout glass Idkif the can was shook but I poured Smell sooth pour and it foamed like a monster and overflowed a bit. Might of been my fault. But it poured a nice creamy mocha colored head. A dark almost solid dark color with a like brown hue at the bottom.
S - a nice roasted malt with a sweet caramel vanilla Smell coffee espresso smell
T - nice malty goodness and a perfect amount of vanilla it blends so well with this Stout it's creamy and so smooth get a coffee bitterness but very small amount
M - a medium creamy Nitro feel with a silky finish
O - I love this Stout the vanilla sets this off its a perfect blend. Very easy to go down and smooth flavors

Received as an extra in a trade and poured into my Duvel tulip.
A - Pours a nice darker brown hue with a good creamy one finger light mocha head that fades to leave a thin creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of nice roasted malts, fair amount of vanilla and the sweetness that brings, light chocolate and creamy. Soft caramel, as someone else said this smells a little like a cappuccino.
T - Taste is nice roasted malt followed by LOADS of vanilla. Crazy amount of vanilla that just dominates the mid flavour before going back to darker roasted malts and a touch of chocolate/coffee on the finish with a very very light bitter end. Can't get over how much vanilla is in this beer. Just what I was hoping for from this beer.
M - Mouthfeel may be the weakest part of the beer. Creamy, light carbonation, little thin. Very easy drinking though.
O- Overall, I would definitely drink this one again. Love the amount of vanilla in this bad boy. Quite tasty, just how I figured it would be.
