Dark brown in color with a small brown tinted head and minor lacing.
Roasted coffee and malt dominate the nose.
The taste is bittersweet chocolate, black coffee, malt, and some bitterness on the end.
Mouthful is smooth but a bit thin, Finish is simple.
The flavors in this stout were there but could have been stronger.

Poured a black body with one finger tan head and an aroma that is mostly coffee malts with roasted edge, hints of sweetness. Beer is mellow and smooth for such a roasted coffee edge, with the coffee flavor profile being easy and clean. This smooth and lightness, as well as touches of sweetness, come from the nitro and really make this beer easy to drink. There is not much complexity or depth to beer but it's an easy, enjoyable drinker.
