Poured from the 12 ounce bottle into my Troegs Shaker pint glass.
Nice coppery amber color, crystal clear and topped with a billowy off-white head. The head stayed around for a decent amount of time before falling to a billowy, bumpy coat. After the hea fell it left a nice sticky near fully coating lace.
Smells of caramel, dried fruit like apricot and peach. Green hops comes in the middle to end.
Big green hops hit right up front. This is followed by caramel and some sweetness. The bitterness form the ops takes over middle to end and carries right through to long lingering bitter finish. This is quite bitter for a pale.
Creamy and medium body. Nice tight carbonation.
Overall, this is quite a nice beer that I could have a few of.
