Pours hazy gold with 2/3 inch head. Taste is honey, biscuit, alcohol, and light Belgian spice. Very good malty and sweet treat. Lots of layers of honey and malt. I would get this again.

Tons of off aromas and flavors. Maybe this was a bad bottle, not I felt like I was being generous with this rating!

750 ml bottle, poured into a goblet
Appearance: Pours a beautiful, clear, golden color with two fingers of white-colored head that slowly dissolved away into a lacing of foam that completely covered the top of the beer.
Aroma: Very aromatic with nice aromas of bready, toasted malt, imparting notes of freshly toasted sourdough bread or freshly baked biscuits, followed by lots of honey, and spices of clove, cinnamon, and touches of floral, honey suckle and piney hops.
Taste: Wow! Absolutely delicious! Strong flavors of bready, toasted malt, up front, followed by lots of honey and caramel-like sweetness, spices such as black pepper, cardamom and clove, and just the faintest touch of floral, piney hops at the end. Brilliant beer!
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and very, very smooth, as there is not carbonation what-so-ever. With an ABV of 10.0%, there is a nice alcohol warmth on the palate.
Overall: Wow! This is an excellent beer! Malty, slightly spicy, slightly sweet, and delicious! Highly recommended.

Light toned golden color, crystal clear. OK head and really nice lacing. Aroma is malt forward. Slight alcohol burn, but lightens as you drink. An average beer but not below average.

Corked 750 mL served in a glass, smooth, I enjoy this style lager.

This triple bock is a pleasing seasonal. Wrap around a warm blanket and sit by the fire with this sweet and sour winter offering. A couple of pints and you are ready for a long winters nap. Let it roll around and get a feel for some complexity. It's deceiving. Enough well balanced hops to keep it from sweet. I've had bottle and draft, and it's consistent.
