I get this fun, sweet, tannic kind of aroma off of this with honey on the backdrop. It's floral, oaky, yeasty, and all around a very enticing aroma even though I think if I sniffed this for an extended period of time I would develop a headache.
Deep amber, and mostly clear. No visible carbonation, but it boasts a glorious very light tan head that just sticks to the glass as it's consumed. Beautiful beer.
Lighter on the palate than expected with a healthy dose of bubbles. Flavors are interesting. Honey is predominant with light burnt caramel and subtle summer fruits. It finishes dry, and leaves me wanting more.
