From the growler, it pours a golden amber with a small head, slowly dissipating, It leaves lacing as you enjoy the beverage. Lots of citrus in the nose. Taste follows the nose, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste - not overwhelming. Yum! Dangerous!

Served on-tap in a branded Blue Mountain willi at Michael's Bistro (Charlottesville, VA).
A: Clear medium-amber with short cap of foamy, small-bubbled beige head with excellent retention and a few strips of lacing.
S: Stellar aroma profile of pine, resin, light dank grassiness, grapefruit, orange, and lime with a light caramel malt note. Titled towards hops as it should be. No yeast or alcohol character at all.
T: The flavor profile is a wonderful blend of the pine, resiny, and citrus notes in the aroma, with even more character and strength as in the nose with a superb deftness with malting, providing countering pale malt breadiness without going overboard with the crystal malt, keeping it interesting yet crisp and dry and highly drinkable. The hopping is complex without being overwhelming, mixing orange, lime, mango, grapefruit, and hints of tropical punch fruitiness with light touches of typically more harsh hop notes including pine and resin.
M: BM hits the mark with drinkable light-medium body with an excellent dry finish with enough body to give it a layering, coating feel without heft.
O: A delicious DIPA, one of the best tasting BM beers I have had in a while for sure. It treads the line of big beer with drinkable brew masterfully with a ton of flavor. I followed this with a BP Sculpin IPA on draft and it paled in comparison -- find this where you can.
