Served in 12oz goblet. Poured a lightly hazy light gold color with 3/4 inch of just off-white head that had very good retention and decent retention.

The aroma featured some nice floral and citrus hops and a very low malt profile. On the tongue, the floral aspect was much less apparent, and the citrus, in particular grapefruit, completely dominated.

The beer was a bit harsh, with a lingering bitter finish. Drinkability was decent, and perhaps if it hadn't been my first beer of the day, at 10am, that bitterness may not have bugged me so much. Overall, nothing like an "English" IPA at all. a typical PNW hop bomb of a brew. If you approach it with that in mind, maybe you'll enjoy it more than I did. Worth trying though.
