Fruity and spicy with a nice Belgian yeast zing. With 40% wheat, it's like a Witte meets a BPA meets a saison. Highly Hopped to boot! Incredibly refreshing and drinkable. Tribute to the ship in Life Aquatic. We love Bill Murray. Here he is looking into our grundy tank (not really).

Thanks to huntermop for the extra!

A- Very nice hazy golden body with lots of transparency and a hint of amber. Frothy bone white head that settles quickly, but leaves a thin head throughout.

S- Belgian yeast, hoppy citrus notes, some spicy pepper notes, hints of herbal grass.

T- Very big Belgian yeast presence. Huge notes of peppery yeast, finish is very hoppy with lots of herbal qualities along with some citrus and fresh grass. Slight fruity notes throughout, similar to some tripel flavors.

M- Bubbly, frothy, medium-high carbonation, medium body. Some carbonation tingle throughout.

O- Huge on flavor, big body for a BPA. I get qualities of a BPA, a saison and a tripel. Well done.

@The source!

A - pours a slightly fast glowing golden color with a small dense white head, OK retention very nice lacing as you should come to expect from any coast brew.

S - Tons if sweet cloves and malt. Banana light grassyish hops. Simple, strong, but not overwhelming.

T - has to be the best Belgian pale I've had. I am admittedly not a Belgian fan but I really enjoy this. Lots of spices, cloves, banana up front. Basically the yeast shines first and then the grassy hops come into play and leave a slightly bitter flavor on my palate. Sweet malts at the finish and the aftertaste is a combination of all with an emphasis on the spiced cloves.

M - mediumish bodied perfectly carbonated with good drinkability

O - favorite Belgian pale

@ Coleman Public House

Hazy golden-orange with a small creamy head. Fresh grain, honey, herbs, peppery spice, and a nice pale maltiness. Lots of spicy Belgian yeast in the flavor along with a citrus peel bitterness, light fruity sweetness, yellow cake malts, and herbal hops. Dry, crisp, and very flavorful. Well done...I enjoyed it enough to have a couple with dinner.
