Classic American Pale but also brewed with Munich, Wheat and Rye Malts for a smooth body and a bit of rye spiciness. Only Centennial hops were used throughout, from the boil to dry-hopping. Highly Hopped!

Poured into a Pint Glass

Pours a hazy dark copper with a dense, creamy ivory head that settles to a nice cap, leaving lots of soapy lacing. Lots of pleasant citrus-heavy aromas of grapefruit and orange peel with a touch of pine resin and a moderately sweet caramel malt profile. Not as hoppy as some of the previous Single-Hop Pale Ales, Getting a lot more caramel in this. Taste is similarly citrusy, with a good amount of grapefruit, pine resin, and orange, and a solid caramel-and-bread malt backbone. Like every other COAST Pale Ale, this is infinitely drinkable, with a medium body and solid carbonation. Solid Pale Ale, but it doesn't quite jump out at me like the Cascade and Chinook versions did. Still, I'll have no issue killing the growler!

A: Poured from a growler to a pint glass. Had an orange color and a hazy texture. There was a half inch of fairly long-lasting, foamy head. Excellent lacing.

S: Smelled of hops, a hint of citrus, and some malt as well. Standard for an APA.

T: Tasted of hops (more than I expected for a beer of this style), a little malt, and some citrus in the finish. Had a much earthier taste than most APAs, but still a pretty good flavor.

M: A good amount of carbonation with a bitter, crisp finish. Medium-bodied.

O: I'm not going to say this is my favorite COAST offering, but it's still pretty solid.

A - Pours a very hazy unfiltered looking misdirected orange with a nice super dense finger off cream colored head. Great retention, great lacing. Beautiful.

S - slightly malty, citrusy hops, a little piney spice too, a little grainy maybe

T - Bitter and citrusy up front, malty spice at the finish and aftertaste. Simple but well balanced.

M - a little lighter than anticipated, fair carbonation, super drinkable.

O - not quite the citrus blast I was expecting but the centennial hops still stand above the spicy and malty qualties of the brew. Very well balanced
