A - Poured into a snifter. Amber colored with a half inch of white head and quickly faded to the edges.

S - First rye bread, then lighter wet malt smell.

T - Hoppy, very nice. malt backup that balances the bitterness well.

M - Bubbly, moderate carbonation with a medium and crisp body.

D - Not super great looking or amazing smell, but the taste makes up nicely. At 5.5% this is a great session beer with flavor.

This is a walnut-colored beer with a small, airy head. The aroma gives off herbal, grassy hop notes, with a slight amount of toasted malt underneath. The flavor is a good balance of malt and hops. Bitterness is medium-high, with good grassy, piney hop flavor. The malt is lightly crystal with some nutty, toasty characteristics. Light bodied but well-carbonated. Not exceptional, but very drinkable.

Pours a rich copper, small head. Smell is fruity, gummy bears, and fresh but subtle. Taste is smooth, very fruity, gummy bear malt, light bitterness. Very drinkable with medium body, light carbonation. Might prefer a touch more spritziness, but the flavor is nice, hoppy but not harsh at all and it goes down easily. I like it. Like a bowl of dry hopped melted gummy bears.

Hop aroma bursts from the can and spills into your glass. An orange-amber color greets the eye. A one -finger head disapates fairly quickly. This is a great smelling beer for a pale ale ..grass, pine, and tropical fruit. The brewer says this is dry-hopped with simcoe and I believe it. Wonderful balance and very drinkable, I really like this beer.
