Poured into a Victory Pint Glass.
A- Cloudy, orange-amber color. Pours very thick like motor oil. Almost no head- 1/16th inch, but it lasted five minutes before morphing into a paper thin film of lace.
S- piney hops, with a sweet note- hints of dried fruit.
T- BIG flavor- hoppy twinge of bitterness up front, but also with an interesting blend of sweetness. Dried apricot notes, with pronounced alcohol in the finish. I think I'll age the other two bottles I have for a few years...
M- FULL body- thick and chewy, medium body but a bit on the flat side.
D- A 'Big' IPA, with lots of typical Triple IPA characters. But this feels like a brew that will soften nicely and score better with age.
Serving type: bottle
