A - Pours a clear golden color with mild carbonation and a super thin white head.
S - Light caramel malt with delicate citrus and pine aroma.
T - The taste makes up for the shortfalls in the aroma. This is a very hop forward pale ale with assertive pine and grapefruit bitterness from start to finish. There's a little nip of biscuits malt at the beginning but quickly gets buried by an all out hop attack! A little grassy in the middle, and the malt struggles to resurface before being smacked down again with citrus pine bitterness.
M - Dry finish, light side of medium body, and a long lingering bitter grapefruit finish with some pine mixed in.
O - I didn't expect a pale ale to be this big, its crisp bitterness is refreshing and assertive, nicely done!
