A - No head at all... but wait... there's a trace. Dark brown body with no action.

S - Mild caramel but not much potency.

T - Again with the caramel. There's also an apple tinge but the brew's flavor is not complex.

M - Watery with very little texture. Some carbonation might help add some taste.

~ Not bad but I won't be buying a six pack.

Presentation: Dark brown bottle with black cap and a label featuring a goat-black cocker spaniel hy-brid.

Brewer's Description: As the ice gives way on the Wisconsin river, yard work becomes obvious as all Fido's piles from the entire winter lay on the lawn in a mushy mess. This malty treat should make clean up much easier. Enjoy.

Appearance: Shinny, translucent red-brown with a thin khaki head.

Aroma: Sweet dark malts, biscuits, and apples.

Taste: That same green apple flavor found oddly in Oso's brown is found here too. I sense infection... Also biscuits, some general maltiness, and faint floral hops.

Mouthfeel: Sweet with a mild funky rotten apple skin quality. On the light bodied side.

Drinkability: Not very good.

Sidenote - I had this on tap at the brewery and it was much better. I don't remember the apple flavor at all. I would imagine that a future batch could be much better than this.
