(Served in a bowtie glass)
A- A slight haze to the deep golden-yellow body supports a sticky snow white head that last a full glass and a gentle meandering carbonation works to the surface.

S- The cinnamon hue to the green Noble Saaz hops has some dry unripe stone fruit hints to it that has a faint malt hint underneath.

T- The nice crisp pils malt is fresh and full with some faint stone fruit ester notes and a pungent green Noble hop snap in the dry finish. There is a nice club soda note with the malt as the beer opens.

M- The medium-light mouthfeel has a gentle fizz and no alcohol heat.

O- The nice rich flavors of the classic Pils malt with some nice unique hop character makes this beer intriguing with each sip and it is very sessionable.

Billowing voluminous head of foam in the glass, white and soapy, sticky around the edges, leaving sheets of lace behind. The skim eventually parts after the glass is half gone. Bright sunny orange coloration.

Soft and cleanly bready pilsner malt aroma, simple and to style.

Crisp and dry noble hop bitterness, slightly herbal and grassy with a bare hint of bitter citrus oil and dry crackery pilsner malt. Extremely dry and smooth, crisp and very sessionable. Dry aftertaste with a light lingering breadiness, so easy to drink.

The bonus donation to Alzheimer's research is a great cause to support, glad it's also a top quality pilsner that's a repeat buy for me.

I was pleased to see this on the shelf. I always welcome a new pilsner, which is really one of my favorite styles right now. This did not disappoint me. Sweetness and bitterness is well balanced, with a dry bitter finish. Noble hop flavor connects the sweetness to bitterness. Hop aroma initially is quite pleasant, but hard to detect once I start drinking. I feel like this one is right up there with some of the German lagers from New Glarus. This is highly drinkable.

Served in an Ohio State shaker pint glass.

I remember when a new subdivision was built a few years ago and I was called in to inspect some homes for the quadrennial report. In the process, I literally took a stroll down Memory Lane. True story.

Anyway, this stuff pours a clear straw topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises wheat (well, a general sense of grain, anyway) and light flowers. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some grass and an added sense of flowers. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, an okay pils at best, one that hardly even tries to build an expression of hops (noble or otherwise). Kinda boring, but not altogether bad.

Pours a huge, soapy, white head that fizzes loudly, collapses, leaving nice lacing. Nice, grassy aroma. A Hazy, straw color. A grassy, almost citrus hop bitterness starts, peaks at a nice medium bitterness as the biscuity malt starts to appear. Finish is wonderful noble hop spiciness that is floral and grassy, and balances off the smooth malt nicely.

Swirling and pouring the bottom, yeasty bits makes for a much brighter citric profile; much more crisp and almost lemony.

Overall, this is pretty good. The hop profile is surprisingly citric, which is a little strange at first, but it's nice, overall.
