22 oz. bomber poured into a pint glass.
A: Light yellow in color. Lots of white foamy head, like a merengue topping. Had to wait about 60 seconds for the head to settle.
S: Not much aroma at all. There's a faint Smell of malt, and a faint smell of DMS. Actually smells like an American light lager.
T: Has a slight sour apple taste but very clean, dry finish.
M: Light body. You can feel the fizzy carbonation on the lips and tongue. Crisp.
O: Aside from being a little overcarbonated, I really enjoyed this beer. Nice to drink while sitting in a lawn chair. It's certainly a thirst quencher and would go great with spicy foods, like Mexican, Curry, etc.

Pours clear gold with a mild chill haze. Small cap of white foam fades in seconds but manages to leave behind a couple of rings of loosely formed lacing.
Cracker and biscuity malt with tight graininess and honey sweetness. Balancing noble hops provide grass, hay and a bright lemon verbena and doughy yeast to finish.
Grainy taste is very tightly crafted with largely balancing biscuits and sweet rolls with honey. Balancing noble hops are grassy, brightly herbal and finishes with a clean mineral character.
Light and sessionable body with some bright carbonation. Clean taste begets a drying finish with scrubbing mineral quality.
Pretty much as clean and well constructed as a blonde ale is going to get, the honey and biscuit malt gets to be a bit much as it warms. Clean mineral finish and light airy hops are just about perfect. Rating to style, this one gets a high grade.
