Pour 24 is a convenient spot on the strip where some good Craft beer can be found. It is a small bar located upstairs in the NYNY casino by the walkways to both the MGM, and Excaliber. This makes it a very convenient location and very easily accessible. The service is average, but do not expect the bartenders to be experts on the beers they serve. Being on the strip this bar does demand a premium for its beer. This is to be expected, and certainly hasn't stopped me as Im fine paying a few extra dollars for a good beer.

Like many have said, it's a bar inside NyNy, open floor plan with the rest of the hotel and at the top of some escalators. Not a traditional bar by any means but a decent selection as others have stated. They had some amazingly fresh Green flash west coast IPA for us to enjoy. Made another trip back just to savor more. Their menu looks like they get stone, green flash, and some other crafts fairly regularly. If you are on the strip close to NY down to the Bellagio you should stop by. A cold, fresh green flash cures everything. Prost!

This place is conveniently located just off the walkway between the MGM Grand and NYNY. In fact, if you are in the MGM Grand sports book, Pour 24 is about a 2 minute stroll. They had a decent selection of craft beers, including Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA. At $10 a pint, however, it seemed a little overpriced. For Vegas, the selection was quite good.

Stayed at the Excalibur and found this withing walking distance at New York New York. Good service, nice atmosphere, a craft beer oasis (as someone else mentioned) in Vegas.
I had a "flight" of 4: Great Basin Sticker IPA (decent IPA, nice hops, well balanced), Dogfish Head 60 IPA, Widmer Rotator IPA, and Sin City Stout. They have a lot of decent craft beers on draft. This was a nice break from the usual draft Vegas offerings (Bud, Coors, Corona etc).

Las Vegas is a desert. A beer desert. A hop wasteland. Pour 24 is not the craft-beer lovers oasis this town needs, however it is among the few places to offer some small lifeline to those seeking flavor in their beer.
Atmosphere - pretty much none. You are in the middle of a mall overlooking a casino. Some good people-watching ops, but yeah, pretty much youre drinking beer in a mall food court. Still, its vegas, and its an acceptable option here.
Service - fine. They employ responsible adults here that arent spending most of their time on twitter. Not much beer knowledge, but again, it Vegas.
Selection. Pour 24. Im assuming they have 24 taps. Im not counting. Mostly innoffensive middle-of-the-road offerings. Blue moon, rolling rock, C.M.B. Some good breweries, Widmer, Alaska, Dogfish, but not much to write home about. Gem of the evening -- and im assuming someone lost their job for ordering it -- is the Deadlift Imperial IPA from Widmer. Deadlift is about 3 standard deviations above the average vegas 'craft' beer. Salvaged my evening for sure.

I went to this establishment tonight. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the 24 taps available. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the selection. Most of the tap list was macro and semi macro "craft" crap. A good portion of Widmer, Redhook, and Shock top and the like, with a lot of macro taps of Bud, Molson, Lanshark, and Heineken.
There were a good amount of locals which were pretty good. Sin City and Tenaya were on draft which were pretty good beers overall. The Octoberfest from Sin City was pretty mediocre but the Stout on Nitro was enjoyable. Pretty impressed with the Nut Brown from Tenaya on draft. Also had Alaskan Amber which was good and the Deadlift IPA which was really nice. The Deadlift IPA definitely had some of my favorite hops in it which helped in the overall opinion of the beer. Dogfish 60 minute, Moose Drool and Fat Tire were also on the tap list as far as craft.
They had a piss poor bottle list. Chimay Red was 15 for a 330 cl bottle which was pretty obscene. All other bottles were macros.
Overall I would say that this establishment is OK if you find yourself in the NY NY casino, but is far from being great.
As far as food, they have a deal going on with the pizzeria across the way which includes some sort of beer/pizza deal on the menu. Didn't try it out so I have no opinion on it.
The service is quite great though. I struck up a conversation with one of the bartenders and he knew his shit with the local beer scene; and recommended some stores and local pubs around where I am staying at the moment. Pretty solid for what it is in the casino overall.
