I was staying at the Luxor for a conference at Madalay Bay and made a couple of stops at Pour 24 and The Burger Bar. I give a slight edge to Pour 24 because of the quality of their North American craft taps and people watching at a high-traffic site.
Beers were $7 for about 20 oz and here's what they had on tap...
Alaskan Amber and ESB
Big Sky IPA and Moose Drool
Firestone Walker Double Barrell and Pale Ale
Kona Wailua Wheat
Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat
Sierra Nevada Seasonal
Sin City Amber
Desechutes Black Butte Porter
New Belgium 1554, Fat Tire, and Mothership Wit
Rogue Bruttal Bitter, Dead Guy, Shakespeare
Stone Ruinition and Arrogant Bastard
I had different servers each visit and they all seemed fairly knowledgeable and friendly. One told me the most popular beers were Shakespeare and Ruinition. Another said the taps are constant except for the rotating seasonals. He did say they could no longer get Breckenridge Oatmeal Stout and were working to get it back on tap. It's right next door to the crime to humanity - Coyote Ugly. It's a great people watching spot and it beats the days of Sam Adams being the best beer available in Vegas. I'm very happy to see such a nice NA craft selection.

Advertised as "THE" place to get craft in New York- New York...well the bar down on the first floor had a better selection to choose from including an Alaskan Hopthermia IPA I'd never heard of but enjoyed! If Pour 24 wants to bill itself as a "craft" bar, maybe they should invest in craft beers...wow, what a concept!!!! Green Flash on draft alone does not qualify!

Like many have said, it's a bar inside NyNy, open floor plan with the rest of the hotel and at the top of some escalators. Not a traditional bar by any means but a decent selection as others have stated. They had some amazingly fresh Green flash west coast IPA for us to enjoy. Made another trip back just to savor more. Their menu looks like they get stone, green flash, and some other crafts fairly regularly. If you are on the strip close to NY down to the Bellagio you should stop by. A cold, fresh green flash cures everything. Prost!

This place is conveniently located just off the walkway between the MGM Grand and NYNY. In fact, if you are in the MGM Grand sports book, Pour 24 is about a 2 minute stroll. They had a decent selection of craft beers, including Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA. At $10 a pint, however, it seemed a little overpriced. For Vegas, the selection was quite good.

Stayed at the Excalibur and found this withing walking distance at New York New York. Good service, nice atmosphere, a craft beer oasis (as someone else mentioned) in Vegas.
I had a "flight" of 4: Great Basin Sticker IPA (decent IPA, nice hops, well balanced), Dogfish Head 60 IPA, Widmer Rotator IPA, and Sin City Stout. They have a lot of decent craft beers on draft. This was a nice break from the usual draft Vegas offerings (Bud, Coors, Corona etc).

Pour 24 is a convenient spot on the strip where some good Craft beer can be found. It is a small bar located upstairs in the NYNY casino by the walkways to both the MGM, and Excaliber. This makes it a very convenient location and very easily accessible. The service is average, but do not expect the bartenders to be experts on the beers they serve. Being on the strip this bar does demand a premium for its beer. This is to be expected, and certainly hasn't stopped me as Im fine paying a few extra dollars for a good beer.
