Had this beer at their brewbut ery in the historic area of Glens Falls NY.

A - Yellow what you would expect to see from a wheat beer a nice thick head that doesn't dissipate til nearly three quarters through the pint.

s - nothing overpowering no strong smell lets put it this way there was no way to divulge the ingredients from the smell.

T - sweet it hid the alcohol well there was no coriander bite or true bitterness from this beer so if that is what you look for then this beer/this brewery isn't 100% for you.

overall - For the style it is above average from my experience with tripels but far from epic.

Thanks to hopdog for sharing this growler...
Appears a transparent light gold with a white cap that quickly fades out into a mild cap. Spotty bits of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of honey, bananas, pils malt, pear, and ripe dates.
Taste is of the honey, ripe pear, and ripe fruit, along with candied walnuts.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, doughy, yeasty, with mild bitterness in the finish.
I was surprised to see this one listed at 10.5% abv. I would've never known.

Growler acquired in trade with Cletus (thanks!)

Poured a medium and clear goden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of fruitiness/apples, spices, and lighter yeastiness. Tastes of the same fruitiness, spices, and a little earthy. Light alcohol in the finish, but not giving away the 10+% This one will creep up on you!

OK, important note about this beer: this batch was first brewed in October of 2009 and I sample it seven months later on 05/25/10 so it fully had time to develop and age properly. Off tap at the brewery this beer was a golden color with one finger of slightly yellow-tinted head. It was so clear and gold one could mistake it for an American adjunct lager! The retention of the creamy layer atop my brew was nice and it laced all the way down in broken streaks. The aroma was of candi sugar, citrus juice, alcohol esters and some spices. The flavors were big and very good without being intimidating or heavy-handed. I tasted candi sugar, vanilla, spicy cloves, ginger, citrus notes and a punch of alcohol right in the middle. Big but not 'hot' in terms of alcohol and I had to note how much finesse it had for a brew that clocked in at 9.5%! Only at the very end of the beer did I taste the bitterness of the hops that helped to neatly wrap up the experience. The body was medium/full, the carbonation good and the mouthfeel creamy. Age served this one well and I was lucky to catch the last of this batch.
