Amber color beer... quite dark. On top of it thrones a very nice foamy head. Color of the head is beige. The aroma is pretty intense of hops. Piny (gotta love nugget!) with some light notes of citrus. On the taste, it is quite bitter (again gotta love the nugget). pretty intense! Piny Piny Piny. I love it! Medium body. This is a nice IPA that is very, but very, aggressive. Don't see this often in Quebec...

Served in a 3 monts beer glass
Locally grown nugget hop, 60 IBU
A: Deep amber color, with a good foamy head, without being that huge neither.
S: intense, enticing nose of cannadis, fresh hops, grass. This is brutally hoppy, I love it.
T: Intense hoppy character, in a full throttle bitter finish. Wow, this is bitter.... I love it.
O: A pretty intense IPA, Really love this style. Top 5 IPA from quebec IMO.

A: Hazy amber color with good off white head. The head is somewhat soapy and has good retention. Lacing is ok.
S: It also smells kind of soapy. But, there is also a good amount of hops goodness in this: pine resin, grapefruit, orange zest. Good malt base giving a solid amount of candi sugar and light color honey.
T: Again, kind of soapy. Candi sugar is a bit more present then expected but not too overpowering. Grapefruit is strong as well as the orange zest. Light pine resin like taste too. A bit of chalkiness.
M: Medium body with good stickiness and medium to low carbonation.
O: This is a decent beer. Nothing extraordinary but something I definitely enjoy but could be definitely improved on.
