Notes/Commercial Description:
Our India Pale Ale has a pronounced hop bitterness and wonderful hop aroma. The taste immediately gives away the high hop characteristics with malt aspects playing second fiddle to this fantastic example of the style.

Honey amber brew with a kingly crown of white.

Raw hop, spicy citrus, tropical medley, pine, and twiggy notes. Reppin' Citra, alright. More on the resinous side. Stocky malts, sun-kissed fruit, and slight woodiness.

Hoppy, with a vengeance. Lots of spiny leafiness with a citrus/tropical rind and pith squeeze. Tail greets pine with balsa wood dryness. Spicy hops cut through the bittersweet hop oils, which this IPA is ripe with. Caramel malt has a hard tack candy plateau, pushed up a notch with toast and carbonated sizzle. Late lemon-lime note clashes a bit with the malts, leaving bitterness to engulf the tongue in a long aftertaste.

Body is just fine. Carbonation is green-light-go. Lots of spiciness and crackle.

A damn solid IPA. West Coast style, with a slight love of grains. How Nebraskan of them.

On tap at the Birdsall House in Peekskill, NY. Poured nearly clear, glowing almond amber, with bubbles rising and supporting a lighter khaki head, leaving scattered bits of fine lace on the glass. moderate hopped nose, resiny in nature. The moderate nature of the hop approach continues onto the tongue and mouth, resiny/grainy, but not much more then moderate in their presence. Middle of the road IPA, nothing special...Unlikely I'd go for this one again

Appearance: 1/3 inch head, copper in color, high carbonation, clear

Smell: citrus hops and toasted malt

Taste: citrus hops, toasted malt, honey, slight resin

Mouthfeel: sweet start with a dry bitter backbone, light bodied with high carbonation

Overall: A high quality, clean, and well crafted IPA. Nice citrusy flavors and not overly bitter. I would consider picking up a six pack of this again.

Serving glass: Poured from can into Imperial Pint.

Appearance: Cloudy amber-orange with nice, off-white head and good lacing.

Smell: Sharp citrus that is definitely Citra hops. Some pine, pineapple and a little bit dank as well.

Taste: Very hoppy and juicy, with grapefruit, orange and pineapple. Fairly dank, with notes of marijuana and onion. The finish is quite bitter and piney. I guess there are some malts under there but I wasn't really paying attention to them.

Feel: Moderate carbonation, medium to full that is fairly oily, very dry.

Overall: Excellent IPA that is very juicy and hoppy. Quite underrated IMO.

I wasnt sure what I was getting when I tried this one. I never heard of the brewery before.
The pour was that perfect orange hue of a neatly hopped beer. The light cream head was a perfect counterbalance to the orange overtone.

No question about hops here. The ongoing aroma of citrus, grapefruit, pine resin and much more filled my nose the way a good hoppy IPA should.

Without even tasting this one, I knew what to expect. It held up to my expectations.
Crisp, Light with the tingling effect on my tongue with a dry and lingering aftertaste. You knew what you just tatted.

I was very impressed by this IPA

Nice looking ambery gold color with a large white head. Head fades to a foamy ring and thin layer leaving a couple scattered bubble string around the glass. Aroma is sweet floral, happy citrus, slightly tropical, and fresh doughy-grainy malt. Simple pleasant aromas.... Taste is a well balanced combo of Citra hop flavors, bitterness, and chewy malts. Candy lemon, sweet orange, floral, a little spicy zest, and some tropical mango fruitiness. Bitterness is just right...not overpowering but pleasant and entertaining.

Easy to drink and very pleasant.

Pours amber with 3 fingers of cream colored head. Nice head retention & lacing

S: Lemon zest, leafy & piney hops

T: Grapefruit, a little pineyness, plus dryness up front. Aspirin, a little caramel & doughyness as this warms along with grapefruit pith. Finished grapefruitty, dry, with a little lemon as well

MF: Medium bodied, slight carbonation, decent balance

A respectable IPA, glad I got to try it
