We stopped here for dinner on our trip on I80. It was a great idea. A few points off on vibe because seating options were needlessly limited. We were seated near a trivia night dj, and it was a bit loud.
Food was great, I had a perfect steak. Entrées ranged in price from $8-$22.
We ordered the sampler flight and they had a great hop parallel on their ipa, one with cascade and one with mosaic, so it was a great opportunity to better understand the flavors. The rest of the beer selections were solid (traditional ) examples of the style. They had a great selection of mead from Moonstruck which is down the road, and offered samples of that and sold bottles, as well.

this place looks like it took over an applebees or something, so new and corporate looking, weird, because their beer is so good. booths and high tops near the bar, tables in a dining room looking area, not a ton of space, but a ton of taps, something like 15 beers all told when you count the bottled offerings too. comfortable in here, but impersonal it felt, generic looking, an odd vibe is cast by the surroundings, but they do a nice job overall. they have several ranges of beers, from basic to gnarly barrel aged, and most of them are very good. i loved the summertime rye here, and also had an interesting series of barleywines. the selection is great. service was nice too, but perhaps not quite all the way schooled up on the beers, a little juvenile, but nothing negative. the food was good, better than average pub food, but nothing overly ambitious. i liked it here, but i actually liked the vibe up at their production facility a little better. the beers were of course the same, but something here felt a little cookie cutter to me...

Stopped in here a few times but always seemed to be on a Wednesday night when they host their 'Trivia Night" and since it was always so loud and crowded, we skipped it. Anyway, stopped in at around 3 PM yesterday on 3/26/16 to get a few appetizers and try a brew or two. Since I tried 5 of their 'common' brews before that are sold in cans locally, I wanted to try something I haven't seen or tried. What I tried would be their "Apricot Saison" which was served in own of their "13-ounce snifter glasses for $7.50. I also got a free 2-ounce sample of their "Infinite Wit" which was tasty also. We ordered 2 appetizers which was a "Margherita Flatbread" for $8.99 and their "NBC Antipasto Platter" for $10.99. Both came out very fast, in like 5 minutes which surprised us both. The flatbead was good and very tasty and worth the money while the antipasto was nothing special at all and worth maybe half of what they charged. Not a great valve or really tasty at all. Service was decent. Wanted to buy their snifter glass but the server said it was $7.00 BUT if I go to their other location in West Omaha , it would only be $5.00. What? Seriously? Even after I drank a brew and spent close to $30? I didn't buy the glass. Overall, which their brew was good, some improvement is needed.

Once you get past the families and strip mall the beer is great. Service this last time was a bit interesting, but the place is a must stop if you are driving through Nebraska. Or if you live there, I am jealous of the beer you get to enjoy.

Very good food, very good beer, EXCELLENT service! The only drag was that the server told me how much better the other location would be. Now I have to go back to Omaha for another visit!

The best brewery in Nebraska. Their flagship Cardinal Pale Ale carries a strong lineup of beers. If you are looking for a great brewery this one is a must try.

Stopped in while passing through town on weekday and had some good beers. I stopped in in the early afternoon so it was very slow which gave me an opportunity to ask the bar tender some questions. The service was good and the set up was similar to any brew pub located in a strip mall. A nice bar with 15-20 seats which was separated from the dining area. They had brew tanks right behind the bar which was cool to see and more in the back. This is their original location which was amazing considering how widely traveled and acclaimed their beers are.
Beers were good, I had their Cardinal Pale Ale and Hop God. I would have gotten a flight to try out more of their beers but I wanted to try these both. Pale ale was well balanced and a nice refreshing beer. Hop God is a big Belgian IPA and was definitely my favorite.
I recommend checking this place out and their new location as well. I didnt have any food, so no comment their. They distribute across the US so check out their bigger beer series too if you get a chance.
