A - Pours about 2 fingers of off-white head. The head sticks around for awhile and leaves nice sticky lacing. The beer is a nice looking, deep ruby red.
S - Some spicy and earthy hops combined with some caramel and bready malts.
M - Medium in body with ample carbonation.
T - The bready and caramel malts make up the first half. Next up are a combination of citrus/earthly hops. It finishes with some spiciness and hops bitterness, that lingers on your palate.
This was a nice concoction, I split this with a friend and really enjoyed it. It's a nice big hoppy red, well worth the admission.

Bomber > Pint Glass
A - Dark red, ruby almost brown color with half a finger of off white soapy head, no lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet candies, roasted malts, toast, herbal hops.
T - Lots of weird roasty malt kinda flavors, then some really sweet cherry kinda flavor, like a halls or something, very big herbal hop presence.
M - Excessively chewy and sticky.
O - This beer is all over the place, and it misses the mark in all five zones.

Draft offering at the springhouse taproom. The brew pours a clear amber color with lighter yellow seen around the edges when held to the light. A khaki finger of head rests atop with a rich and frothy full wall lace sticking to the glass.
The aroma includes a little caramel malt sweetness accented with a fruity/floral alcohol and hop component. Interesting and enjoyable without fault.
The taste is herbal with some resinous fruits and floral hop aspects. Quite bitter but enjoyable. A light kiss of fruity alcohol resides overtop a pulpy hop bite.
This is a medium bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. It is smooth and almost creamy in the feel. I have had this brew several times before and never bothered to review. I found myself enjoying this much more than in the past. I dont know if this is just fresher than ive ever had it or if they have been tweeking the recipe... all I know is this was good and if you havent tried it in awhile, you should make the effort to.
