Very well balanced with the honey up front, then malt, and a hoppy finish. Smooth mouth feel and the honey comes back on the aftertaste. Nice honey color though the head quickly disappears and leaves no lacing.
Tastes much lighter than it's stated 7% ABV!

Sweet honey aroma rolls into a nice mouthfeel that is sweet, but not too much so.
No hop aroma or flavor. Bartender said it is hopped, though. Hops clearly providing only balance.
Mouthfeel, though good, as noted, could benefit from upping the carbonation a bit. Probably would cut through the sweetness, too, although it isn't cloying as is.
Out on a limb in an old-school way. I like it!

Poured into a goblet at South Street. Was a clear golden with limited head that faded quickly with a bit of residual lacing.
Aroma was lacking, got a bit of honey. Taste was virtually all honey that left a lasting flavor on the pallette, a slight bit of spice was there as well. Mouthfeel was quite sticky and lasted a while as well.
Overall it was an ok dessert beer, but not anything I would search out.
