Hazy golden color with a small head. Looks the part.
Smells of slightly sour bananas and cloves. Not a huge fan, but also just fine.
This actually tastes really good. Subtle yet with a satisfying sweet tangerine undertone. Also has various complex fruit notes. Mouthfeel is light with below-average carbonation.
My first take on this brewery, and I'm really impressed!

More complex than most witbiers, even good ones like Allagash. Just the right amount of typical witbier spice while the lemongrass adds a unique element and there is just a slight touch of funk.

1-liter growler poured into a SGB 15th anniversary thistle. The brew is a clouded pale golden color that seems just a hint darker than their standard witbier. A dense white cap rests atop with great retention.
The aroma starts off a little dicey with phenolics almost like plastic before blending to coriander-induced lemony brightness and soft grainy backing. Very low key fruity alcohol feel as it warms.
The flavor is mildly sweet and grainy with a touch of fruit quality somewhat like pear meets apple skins and a kiss of lemony coriander. Like the nose there is a trace of phenols coming across like plastic to me.
This is light bodied, modestly carbonated and has almost a smooth creamy feel about it. Not terribly different from the standard wit by selinsgrove and I cant say that I enjoy it any more than what it typically is like.
