Not a bad place for the area. It's not worth making a trip for, but if you're around the area you'll not find much better in the way of craft beer. The closest really decent place would be San Roque Market a few miles down the highway. But Angelo's will provide you with your standard west coast bottle brews like things from Rogue and Lost Coast. Telegraph, a local Santa Barbara brewery is represented here with their standard-bearers. Check it out if you're in Goleta...god knows why you'd be in Goleta though.

Angelo's is located off of Hollister Avenue near Old Town Goleta right before the 217 on-ramp, across from Sizzler. When I was still a college student at UCSB, I ventured out into Goleta for some food one day, and a trip here is what led me to, arguably, being into craft beer.
In the back right-hand corner they have a wine cellar that looks pretty good for the area. In fridges along the back they have BMC but also a good slew of Belgians and American Craft, including Gulden Draak, most Unibroue offerings, Piraat, Rogue beers (Shakespeare/Chocolate Stout, Santa's Little Helper, etc.), and Stone beers. Along a shelf they have more Belgian offerings unrefrigerated, including more Gulden Draak, some Augustijn, and some rarer offerings like Duchesse de Bourgogne.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember you if you come in even a few times.
Prices are reasonable, and typical for the beers you find.
