Notes from 9/13/10
A:Pours a hazy orange color with two fingers worth of head, nice lacing is left down the glass
S:Smells of citrus and grapefruit hops, very much like a IPA rather than an APA. Along with the hops there is a sweet malt aroma in there as well
T:The first flavor that hits your mouth is of mild hops followed up some sweet malt that even things out before the second wave of bitterness jumps back on the palate.
M:A very solid body that is a little thicker than a normal APA. Nice carbonation throughout with a nice lingering bitterness on the palate.
D:This is probably one of the best pale ales I have had in a long time. Super good aroma, taste great, and all around a tasty brew. Highly recommended and plus its in a can so you can take it around anywhere
