A- Pours a dark brown with a tan lingering head. Surprisingly light color for a stout. Lots of carbonation and bubbles. Had to be careful with the pour to avoid all head.
S- Dark chocolate and roasted coffee. malty and smells yummy
T- Taste has a nice roasted character with dry bitter chocolate and dark fruits. Not much hop presence, all malts and very tasty.
M- LOTS of carbonation which contributes to an overall thin and bubbly feel.
D- Drinkability is good, excepting the excessive carbonation. I could have a few of these and be happy. A good stout worth seeking out.
