Poured from a can into a snifter.
A: nice dark brown with 2 full fingers of caramel head that disappears quickly. Lots of free flowing carbonation.
S: coffee and chocolate hits with roasted nuts. Surprisingly nice!
T: coming from a can I didn't expect quite this much flavor. Reminds me of Old Rasputin. Coffee front, with a nice caramel and chocolate finish. Quickly and cleanly leaves the mouth which leaves me wanting more.
M: higher carbonation and less body than I normally prefer, but not bad at all.
D: I like this beer regardless of the mouthfeel and carbonation. I could see having this as a more regular beer, not something I would have at a tasting though. Well done overall!
