Pours a semi-light black color with a fat tan head that hangs around forever. Super lacing as well, it's a damn good looking beer.
Creamy malty chocolate, whoppers candy, coffee beans and nestle quick. Not much hoppy or yeasty aroma at all, very clean and fresh.
Mmmm, there's the hops. Resinous lupulin mingles with bitter coffee and toasty malts to create a nice balance for the sweet and chocolately malts. It has a nice heft to it...not overly viscous so its somewhat sessionable, but still has plenty of flavor. Easily the best stout in Texas. This brewery is kicking some serious ass. Gives Ten Fidy a run for it's money as the best stout in a can.
Serving type: on-tap
