On tap at the brewery. Brewed with a sour mash. Pours a deep golden amber with a minimal head and lace. Full bodied, featuring a sweet note, although it finishes relatively dry. A faint tartness. Malt body really comes out as it warms. Mild hoppiness that implies spicy notes. Also featuring a delicate barnyard note that mends well with the belgian yeast esters. Perhaps a bit less carbonated than I'd prefer, but the mouthfeel is still quite nice. Not very sticky of viscous, but just enough to make it interesting. Finishes like white wine. Very good and worth seeking. Cheers!
