This hoppy, smooth but treacherous Tripel is one of the older guards. This is one of our first beers we have brewed in our brewing kettles.
The name refers to our neighbour's Angus cow! If you have a beer on the terrace with us, you will no doubt see it grazing.

Had on tap. Oh boy this one need work, more like anus tripel, am I right? The taste is unnecessarily spicy and sweet, to go along with grassy and meaty flavors. The body is thin and sticky, feels incomplete. Has some nice flower and malting, but the other flavors distract so much. Just not a good tripel

This beer has the same hops as the blond. A copper colored beer with a settling head.
The smell is dexrinous and fruity with a citric smell. There is a malty base that reminds of honey.
Taste is dextrinous, a full bodied beer with honey notes. It seems that the beer has not reached it's final gravity, the beer tastes a bit like wort. The hops add a pretty complex beer that has a citric, herbal and slightly resinous taste. The bitterness is medium. The aftertaste is sweet and sticky and a short bitterness.
