A- Poured a pale yellow from the bottle, with two fingers of white foam on top. The head slowly dissipated, leaving some nice lacing behind. Good carbonation is apparent...

S- Whew! I'm getting heavy horseblanket (Brett), earthy notes (Pediococcus), and some thick stale hops off the nose! There's a good amount of Belgian yeast aroma here as well...

T- As expected, I'm getting the dominant flavors of Brett, Pediococcus and stale hops here... a bit yeasty... with a touch of pale malt, straw and lemongrass. Finishes nice and dry. Beautiful.

M- Somewhat firm... I'd say medium body. The carbonation is somewhat high, but in a good way... the spritziness compliments the light and spicy notes of this brew! I could appreciate a bit more firmness of body nonetheless.

D- What a great beer. I could drink this stuff all night if it weren't so damn expensive!!!

11.2oz bottle best by Sept 2016 poured into a tulip
A: Hazy light brown with a solid two-finger head
S: Lots of wheat, some sweetness, yeast and apricot
T: Wheat, apricot, a pleasant sourness though the finish turns bitter but not from any distinct hop notes
M: Light to medium-bodied, the head is smooth but again the finish quite bitter
O: Nice overall, worth a try but would be much better either with less bitterness or if it had a more distinct hop note to complement

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 9/2016. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy bright orange color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, apricot, melon, pear, apple, pepper, cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, apricot, melon, pear, apple, pepper, cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy bitterness/yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, apricot, melon, pear, apple, pepper, cracker, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; with a crisp malt/yeast/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice hoppy Belgian pale ale style. All around good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Had this on tap at the Brick Store Pub. Nice pour- a slightly hazy dark gold with a very nice head that fades quickly but leaves some nice lacing. Lovely nose of apricots, with just a hint of barnyard underneath. The taste is similar, with a more prominent bitterness, and a gentle funkiness. Less apricot and more pepper and lady peas as well as quince and lemon. The mouthfeel is somewhat austere and dry, but there is a nice lingering tannic bitterness that is interesting. Somewhat light, but still a brew to contemplate. Very interesting- I enjoyed it.
