A- Pours a hazy, glowing orange color. Head is thick, doughy and lasting. Lost of sticky, thick lacing.
S-Hops are quite floral. Lemon hops as well. Spicy but the yeast is not very present or dominating here. Some lighter honey malt. Nose is restrained.
T-Floral hops, grassy hops and honey sweetness. Followed up by a spiciness that is imparted by the hops and the yeast. I enjoy how the Belgian yeast doesn't come in too assertively but I'd like more of an intense flavor here.
M-Medium bodied. Not much bitterness. Dry, no lingering flavor. Soft bubbles. Easy drinking.
O-It's a decent beer but I paid way too much for this. More mild than any $12.50 beer should be.

From a 660ml bottle with a fairly high fill and a best before date of June 2015
A cloudy grapefruit color super foamy pour enters the glass and is crowned with a thick egg shell/yellow head that just refuses and refuses to recede. Sweet flowery hops dominate the nose with a unique aroma unlike an American IPA. First sip is super yummy, lighter in flavor than expected, yet impactful. It starts sweet then a refreshingly bitter finish takes over. I am not sure what hop or yeast is used but they are unique and complimentary. As it warms, slight citrus notes emerge. Mouthfeel is spot on thanks to near perfect carbonation. The clingy lacing is wonderful too and just adds to the overall awesomeness of this beer. I do like this beer’s malty backbone with the yeast adding a Belgium twist. Light and refreshing, I am so glad to have an IPA that traveled across the pond that tastes so very fresh. De Dochter rocks again.

very nice, fruity and floral IPA with a nice bitter kick in it.
aroma: citrus malt with Belgian spice
taste: grapefruit, orange, citrus and orange marmalade with spice. Quite floral and fruity with strong bitterness back of palate and in aftertaste.

Pours amber with a fading head.
Nose shows sweet grainy and hay-like malt, some soft Belgian phenols and sweet confectionery notes. A little subtle.
More sweet hay notes as a flavour. Some spicy and floral hops as well as a little honey. An assertive bitterness round things out.
Carbonation is much too high.

330ml bottle served in and ordinary glass.
Bought during a business trip in Luxembourg in one of the best beershops I've ever visited, the Mi-Orge Mi-Houblon in Arlon - Belgium (http://miorgemihoublon.be)
Enjoyed @ a hotel room in Luxembourg :/
A: Pours a nice orange to amber cloudy color forming a big and solid, and creamy white head. Excellent retention and tons of soapy and lingering lacings left in the glass
S: Excellent smell of fresh and flowery hops. Very citric, quite American profile. Notes of orange, orange zest and sweet grains. American style IPA with some touches of Belgian bready yeasts
T: Dry, grainy, crispy and bitter. Sweet pale malts. Fruity with notes of orange and orange zest. A bit bready with a huge hops bitterness in the end...
M: Light to medium body. Citrus hops bitter aftertaste
O: Excellent drinkability. Excellent IPA. Quite American to a Belgian IPA but absolutely recommended anyway

I had no idea what I was ordering in La Trappist, Brugge on 31st Jan 2014, but at 6% ABV this was the weakest beer on-tap and as I'd never had it before I chose to try it: glad I did.
I'm no expert on Belgian IPA's but this came across as a very drinkable beer indeed.
Came slightly cloudy, orange to light amber in colour with a good white head.
The aroma was floral with a citrus lead, pink grapefruit and something more tropical and sweeter.
The taste was also citrus led, again grapefruit came to mind, with yet again a sweeter feel within the flavours. The finish was leaning towards bitter, but didn't quiet make it the whole way.
Interesting and different, glad I picked it out.
