A: A late forming cream head develops with a hazy orange colored body. Some macro-bubbles on the head surface, not much visible carbonation, very tame, and clean legs (lace).
S: I thought i detected a bit of grassy-caramel on the opening. Turns sweet and piney, somewhat fruity, cereal grains, apple jacks with some spiciness.
T: Warm and spicy, apple-piney and grassy notes with nice accents. Clean feel, toasted caramel, spicy flowers, floral grapefruit with a nice lingering warming and bitterness. Bitterness seems to grow deeper into the drink. Dry hopped citrus.
M: Gentle carbonation, mid body range in terms of fullness, bitterness
O: cleanly brewed, nice bitterness and mixture, good repeat factor.
