Little if any aroma. Candy red appearance -- too much so. Very nice flavoring. They have pleasantly resisted over hopping. Very nice on the palate. Smooth and creamy
[I am copying these notes over from RateBeer ... it does not require as long of review. I tasted this some time ago so I can't add anything.]

Pours a clear, gold/copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of floral hops, citrus, hint of grass, hint of earthy malt, and sweet malt. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level and average bitterness. Tastes of hops, sweet malt, floral notes, hint of earthy malt, and hint of hop oils. Overall, good appearance and feel, but average aroma and body.

Poured from the can into a fluted glass.
A- Poured a really nice dark orange color, very clear with lots of streaming carbonation, bright white soapy head left glass-coating lace.
S- Big pungent grapefruit notes, lots of malty sweetness, and some bready notes.
T- Big pungent grapefruit notes, lots of malt sweetness, caramel, bready notes, piney, and herbal notes. Finishes with a moderate to high bitterness.
M- Soft carbonation, medium body, and dry.
O- A pretty good IPA in the crowded IPA market. The hop character is big, but the malt character is surprisingly prominent in this IPA.
