This small stout is brewed from the same grains that we brew Chaos Chaos, our Russian Imperial Stout. All the malt flavor, without the 10 % abv. Served on nitrogen at the bar, and CO2 in growlers from the store.

Poured on nitro-tap at Three Tides, and served in a pint glass, the beer presents a very dark brown color, with a thin layer of biege, small bubbled head. The smell is light roasted coffee and milk chocolate, with a slight tangy sweet balance to it. Flavors are dark coffee and chocolate, with a slight dark fruit highlight. The roasted coffee and chocolate characteristics continue consistently through the aftertaste, with a slick and dry finish. Strong brew, and makes a great session stout.

Pour is dark brown with tons and tons of creamy tan head. Nose is lightly smoked and ashy, dry chocolate, hint of roast. Flavor is more heavily roasted malt, more chocolaty, dry finish, bitter coffee. Soft light body, creamy and nicely carbonated.

Can from bier cellar Portland.
Solid dark brown with a frothy off white head. Big caramel roasty chocolate notes with a bit of earthy hop to balance. Sweet grainy maltiness with big mocha notes. Light earthy hop to counter. Medium body light carbonation. Decent stout, crushable but big on roast bitterness.
