375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Very pale golden body. Small white head. Thin collar.
Smell - Raspberries. Wheaty grain and a faint acidity.
Taste - Much more tart. Sour raspberry. Grainy wheat. Some earthy funk in the back from the brett.
Mouthfeel - Light and very drinkable. Pleasantly sour. Puckering in the finish.
Overall - Not complex. Very straightforward, but a very drinkable sour.

Big ups to rathakem for always hooking up the OR beery love. Enjoyed from a block 15 pilsner glass.
a - beer pours a foggy yet champagne like golden yellow with a thin bubbly head that had some creaminess to it and hung out. Lively carb raced to the surface.
s - nose is dynamite. Eggy white wine and oak. Great fruitiness from the raspberries..floral even but with a great sourness.
t - taste matches the nose. Simply awesome. Golden raspberry, brett, oak, wine, with a wonderful sweet tartness.
m - easy drinker, nice carbonation. Great pucker but far from being overly sour.
o - was fortunate enough to have had the previous vintage of this brew before and loved it so i knew what i was getting into.
