Stopped here on the way over to the coast, just kind of happened upon it but will definitely revisit the next time i'm in the area. The atmosphere is a great pub feel, very unassuming from the outside, but the inside is lots of wood beams, very warm cozy feeling and the bar is great. Glasses hanging over it with wood stool seating and casks lining the back wall. About 12 taps visible, two of which were cask. The restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks, two stories all open with some rooms in the back where we ended up that kind of wind and twist. Pretty cool. Quality of the beer was pretty good, nothing dynamite standout but very good. The service was good as well, attentive and knowledgeable about the brews. As I said 12 taps, two cask, so the selection was good, and lots of food to choose from, mostly the usual pub fare but a few standouts as we were closer to the coastal side of the state. Food was pretty great, I had the brewers burger which meant if you eat it all you get a free pint...of course they charge an extra three bucks for the meal but who cares right! I got a massive burger, fries, a side salad, and a free beer! Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience and will be back as soon as I am in town.

On our drive from Portland back down to CA, we stopped here for lunch. It is a cute little town. We sat outside to take advantage of the wonderful February weather. The outdoor seating is basically part of the sidewalk, but there was a small metal fence to delineate the seating area and walking area. I chose the Cosmic Coffee Stout cold brew beer and was pleasantly surprised. It had a really nice coffee flavor to it and was great with the food I ordered. This was just a quick lunch stop but I enjoyed Block 15.

second time visiting this downtown locale, years apart, while visiting from Washington state. The spirit (sounds like kind of a flaky description, I know, but it fits here) of the employees from the hostess, to a random wait staffer, to a tap master is top notch, without groveling to the customer, just very welcoming and accommodating, as in a "welcome to our home, stranger", sense. They have quite a good menu and I had a really good pasta dish in a bowl with shaved Parmesan cheese on it, the last time I was here. This time was to have a tasting flight of their better than average craft beer, the favorite being - Sticky Hands - hop experience ale. The main dining room is also a tap room. It is on a corner and has much ambient light during daylight hours due to the floor to ceiling windows, making up the two street corner walls. The decor is simple, kind of modern, kind of homey. They have a little backroom, around the corner and another dining room, just beyond that, that allows for some overflow and even some solitude in this popular establishment. Go ahead and give it a visit.

A nice looking new place, with a 15 or so seat bar, eating area, and game room (that I did not peak into). Was there for a subdued lunch crowd.
The beers were all quite good, some nuanced, some in your face; some classic in their makeup and a couple with flavors added. Their stouts were probably the most enjoyable - though the offerings we tried had coffee, fruit and/or were barrel aged. IPAs and stouts dominated, but there was a couple lighter offerings, a quad, and a couple sours.
Service was friendly and prompt. Multiple people offered to help us, and our questions were promptly and confidently answered on our visit.
I’d enjoy stopping by again in the future and having a couple full pours.

Block 15 is a classic brewpub type of place in downtown Corvallis. It's got 14 taps with a pretty standard range of styles and the beer itself is quite decent. I got friendly service there, sitting at the bar, and I'd recommend it as a good place to hang out and have a couple beers.

Liked the space, it had a nice vibe. A good amount of beers on tap and Sticky Hands and IHS for cans to go.

Spending the week in the Mt Hood area and did a trip out to the Willamette Valley today with Da Boss stopping here after visiting Adelsheim Winery earlier in the day.
Vibe was OK, typical brewpub with the stainless steel vats. Ample seating inside and out. Beautiful day with the temps in the upper 70's but with all the outside tables occupied we opted to go inside.
Quality of the beers I had were awesome. Sticky Hands is a world class IIPA and unfortunately I could not get past this one. Da Boss had Gloria, a very nice Pils.
Service was solid as Kelly was timely and good with the recommendation of Gloria for Da Boss.
Selection was good. I would hazard a guess there was 16-18 beers available from Block 15.
Food was very good. I enjoyed by Kimchi beer burger and Rosemary fries. Da Boss had the Sunday chicken dinner special which was quite tasty. The hush puppies had a cornmeal like flavor.
Overall if you want to have one of the better IIPA's in the west definitely come here for Sticky Hands as I am here to testify it is worth the extra miles!

First off : I really like Block 15, They make some of the best beer in Oregon. That being said Ive only been the Restaurant one time. But, we picked a great time to go! They had mostly IPAs on tap, so we each got 5 tasters for 5 dollars if I remember right. SO yeah, good vibes & Quality are spot on. The service was also good and we didn't wait that long for a table (mid lunch rush ) They food was really good but on the pricey side. (maybe remember that after a few beers )

Great place but all the good beer is gone quick, between calling and showing up the tap list is always drastically different

Great place!!! Very family friendly and accommodating to large parties (10 people). Our party had 5 kids and when our waitress brought us to our table, there were kids books and chalk. The kicker was that the tops of the tables were painted with chalk paint that allowed the kids to decorate them. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and the food was wonderful. Beer was outstanding and paired very well with the menu.

This brewery is one of the best in Oregon. Hard to believe a sleepy little college town like Corvallis would hold such a hidden gem. Block 15 focuses on ultra high quality beers and always has a huge selection of seasonals to accompany their standard beers. Huge focus on sours and hop forward beers - styles this brewery truly excels at. A must visit for any beer lover.
