Served in a pilsner glass at the Portland pub.
appearance - gold and bubbly, head settled quickly, very little lacing
smell - floral and earthy hops, rustic and bready malts
taste - a variety of malts and hops, earthy, floral, rustic, noticeable alcohol (perfect for the style)
mouthfeel - warm, full bodied, medium carbonation
drinkability - a complex beer, fairly big for 7.4%, couldn't have had more than the half pint i was served
This craft made malt liquor was made with Vienna, Pilsner, and
Munich malts. Loads of German Perle, Halletuarer, and Czech Saaz hops were used to balance this easy drinking, golden lager.
