"Mos Eisley was soured in our kettle here in Portland and aged for complete melding of all its nuanced characteristics. This sour boasts 12 different malts and one type of hop; Saaz. Together, they create a complex fruity ale with a tart finish."

On tap at the Portland Pub. Forgot to grab the down and dirty on this one.

A - Served a light and clear reddish hue with a huge white head that fades down to a thin film. Lots of lacing.

S - Lots of cherry and dark fruit. Oaky and some vanilla as well.

T - Similar to the nose. Fruity, cherry, Brett, oak, slight funk and subtle vanilla.

D - Great carbonation and a thinner body.

O - Another solid sour from the big D. Cherry dominated and not over sweet or tart.
