Notes/Commercial Description:
"Tout Mais Le Coller" loosely translates to "everything but the stick," and that is what we went for in this beer that is meant to clone the flavors of an orange cream popcicle. We brewed this cream ale with our friends from Noble Ale Works, adding a confident dosing of both lactose and natural orange flavor, creating a beverage that will remind you of your youth. A sweet and creamy mouthfeel with that unforgetable bittersweet bite of an orange, peel and all. This beer is far from subtle in flavor and is a very fun one to share with friends.

Thanks, Abraham.

A moderately hazy dark amber with a dense, off-white head that falls off leaving little lacing, this looks decent, The nose smells like an orange creamsicle. Vanilla, orange, sugar syrup, vanilla sugar, graham cracker, toffee are all present. The palate is pretty sweet with vanilla, orange syrup, sugar syrup most noticeable up front. This is followed up with some vanilla graham cracker. Despite the sweetness, this does feel watery on the finish with a lingering semi-fake orange flavor present. Medium in body, moderately carbonated and rather intensely sweet, this is much better than I was expecting. While I'd much rather have a drier orange cream soda, this does manage to work. Solid for a gimmick beer.

This beer is very well executed. I didn't get a chance to read the label before I tried it. The aroma left me out in the blue, but when I tasted it, it was a delicious beer. This is a creamsicle type beer, and possibly the only one that I have had that is great. Hopefully they make it again, but this thing was outstanding and unique.

750mL bottle acquired through the Reserve Society. Bottled 11/19/13. Served in a Bruery snifter.

Pours a moderately dark chestnut with definitive orange highlights and two fingers of frothy cream hued head. A thin layer and wide collar remain, leaving a good iot of lace behind.

Aromas of orange sherbet, sugar cane, heavy cream and an almost oaky note. Mmmm! The authenticity keeps me coming back for more.

The flavor follows the nose. Orange peel, citrus sorbet, cream ale, lactose sweetness, mild caramel and a little bit of pancakey malt. Every niw and then there is a hint of alcohol but this is straight up orange push pop.

Medium, mildly creamy body with hearty carbonation. Aftertaste of citrus pulp, orange cream and sugary residue.

Well The Bruery and Noble Ale Works certainly succeeded in making an authentic orange cream ale. It's quite tasty but ultimately I only need about 8-10 ounces before I'm just fine. Worthy of a try but it may be advisable to have two or three friends to share with unless you really like orange cream a whole lot.
