On tap at The Bruery in Placentia, CA.
Pours a murky yellow-orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, herb, and spice aromas. Taste is much the same with herbal and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of herbal bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with interesting herbal qualities, but I am not sure I could drink too much of this one.
