Split with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a super dark black hue with some thin mocha head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.
S - Aromas of huge vanilla, great bourbon notes, barrel, coffee, just awesome. I really don't get much cherry. Big chocolate, vanilla, fudge cookie dough notes.
T - Taste is delicious chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, light coffee. Great roasted malts, no cherries but great chocolate and vanilla.
M - Mouthfeel is nice and creamy, alcohol is hidden nicely, goes down easy.
O - Overall this beer was very tasty, quite tasty, awesome chocolate and vanilla and bourbon. I laugh at the people who thought this might be infected...so you discover lacto in a lab, that's not surviving the almost 15% ABV! Hahaha
