A - Pitch black with dark tan head that disappears relatively quickly… not the best lacing but I can already get some great aromas… this will be good.
S - Vanilla, cocoa, marshmallow, bourbon, oak, coffee… all blended very well … a large empesis on the blend of vanilla forming this fantastic marshmallow taste, that is brought together with bourbon. No Cherry or fruit smell's from this.
T - Graham cracker marshmallows damn this is good… no bright cherries shining through but dark fruits begin to surface on the way down and finishes with a great bourbon taste that gives you a warming feeling. Perfectly blended vanilla and roasted coffee notes. No souring taste of infection or off taste… I guess I got lucky? As it warms to room temp carmel and toffy tastes start coming through
M - Smooth smooth smooth… very creamy everything is coming full circle here. It could be a hair thicker to improve the mouthfeel but no complaints.
O - For 14.4% abv this drinks way to easily… to bad this is a one time brew because I want more. Drinking this whole bottle in one sitting is happening. I will have to get more to share with friends.
