Man do I miss hottenroth. Frucht is cool, but have you tried softer non acidic burn berliner weisse? Anyways, this poured a slightly darker hue than regular cloudy yellow hottenroth, it really took a peach dimension color wise giving it that slightly darker and more peach looking pour. 1/2" white head on top. Aroma was that soft wheat tartness and the addition of juicy peaches.
Taste is a delicious meld of hay, wheat, lemon, peach. Everything is subtle and super easy to drink. The carbonation is high but not so high that it obscures the nuance from the fruit and soft wheat base. This was probably the best fruited version of Hottenroth. Mango and I dunno if there was another one, but this one seemed better than the mango. My baby likes mango, but she like it more when I stay.
When you think about this beer, its amazing how much flavor and enjoyability they packed into a sub 4% beer that is super light. Love taking these beers out on the river or back roads, you can just pound away without worrying about getting intoxicated.

Big thanks to 2beerdogs for another stellar Bruery treat
Pours a beautiful gold, almost clear, with a quick to retreat finger of big bubbled foam. After five minutes no carb. is visible and it sports a bare cap.
Full strength aroma that features both sharp and rounded tart notes, spicy funk, ripe peach notes, overripe fruit notes, earthy funk, and light hormonal funk. Slight crisp grain smells add a touch of sweet. What an aroma, complex and delicious.
It is a wonderful full flavored taste that has all of the flavors from the bouquet in identical presentation, which is a great thing. The balance here is just perfect, the flavors shine, each in their own right, and blend into an overall beer experience that is just about perfect. What really seals it is the contribution of peach which just takes this beer to another level.
Low carb, medium viscosity, clean as a whistle finish, refreshing and satisfying.
Wowww this is good. I almost can't believe how good. I cannot think of a single thing to say against this beer, it is the finest Berliner Weisse I ever have tried.

750ml capped bottle into a Grrrz teku. Shared with schen9303.
Peaches are present on the nose but pretty subtle. Some acidity is present along with some yeast, funk and sweetness. Good balance and nice aroma. Opens with white peach sweetness. Some currant and light yeastiness balanced by sour peaches, lemon zest and citrus sweetness. Pretty good but I wish the fruit presence was more prominent and juicier. Feel is light bodied with ample carbonation. Real drinkable and dry and puckering on the finish.
Solid but the base beer is better than this. Hottenroth is still the best Berliner put out by the Bruery.
