A - A dark golden color, with tons of bubbles and sediment. Nice, 2 finger head that does not go anywhere, but stick as lace all over the glass. Impressive! It just looks like it is going to taste amazing

S - Lots of fruit. Pears, plums, and apples.

T - Malt sweetness up front, with herbal spices at the end. Lots of fruit flavors as well. Maybe pears, plums, apples, and bananas. Damn tasty!

M - Crisp and refreshing. Highly carbonated, and well balanced. Alcohol is well hidden.

O - An amazing job done with this beer. I have never had a belgian style farmhouse, but the Bruery makes it work. I am excited to try more from this brewery.

Pours a cloudy gold color with a long-lasting white head. Not much lacing. Very subtle aroma at first, but the taste was surprisingly complex. Citrus and spice with a sourness to it from the yeast. High carbonation gives it a bit of a fizzy mouthfeel. Letting the beer warm a bit improved the flavor profile dramatically. It was definitely too cold when I began drinking but its qualities really came out as it warmed up. Paired extremely well with salmon sushi.

This is the first beer from The Bruery and it was fantastic. A great beer to pair with lighter foods for sure. I like a lot of things about this brewery from their philosophy ("we won't brew an IPA") to their label art. Looking forward to trying many more from them.
