Man, I've had this brew in the past, but probably not in the past two years or perhaps more.
Served in a Schlafly tulip.
A: Cloudy, murky, very fluffy-headed bread that was absolutely gorgeous!
S: Saison? Really? Smelled like a Russian River sour to me. That's TOTALLY a compliment. Seriously, I put my nose in the glass about five times and totally got Sweet Tarts and Sour Patch Kids.
T: Now we're getting more into farmhouse territory: Funky, but not too. Super fresh flavor with the citrus playing a key role, with the Brett playing best supporting actor. The Brett will win the Oscar.
M: Lots, and lots, and lots of carbonation here. Actually, that is the main thing that made this delectable to me. The sweetness was middle of the road and the lacing was wildly splotchy.
O: This is simply an awesome brew, through and through! What does it take on here to give a lesser popular style (but still somewhat popular) a perfect review? Not sure, but this comes pretty damn close.
