Poured a brilliant golden color with a froth milky head. tight lace of very tiny bubbles clinging to the glass.
Taste is slightly astringent with hints of lemon essence, and anisette. There are also very subtle notes of dry paper and cardboard, with some leathery notes.
A subtle citrusy aroma with notes of cardamon.
Light bodied mouthfeel, very crisp with a nice dry finish.
Overall fairly easy drinker. Seemed to be missing something from the usual yeast profile in the style. Overall quality beer.
