A: Mixture of copper and yellow produces an off copper color. Brief two-finger head falls quickly to almost nothing. Small amount of lacing.
S: Heady straw and grass smells. Hints of lemon, spices and hops. Makes your thirst mouth water.
T: Spicy hay and grass flavors. Some hoppiness. Flavors intensify on the front and sides of the mouth. Warming alcohol flavor melts in the middle of the tongue.
M: Sharps carbonation on the front and sides of the tongue. Dry finish cleanses the pallet.
D: Clean and dry so that it's refreshing enough to drink in warm weather. Hardy and strong enough to drink when it's cool. Host of flavors make this a great match for all sorts of food. Tasty enough to drink on its own.
