Bought this a few weeks ago, and no vintage, so I assume this is a relatively fresh beer.
A: A solid, pale, large Brett head. Very cloudy, not sure if that's haze from the non-barley grains (at least rye, maybe wheat) or the bottle conditioning yeast sediment.
S: Citrusy and floral aroma, but not pungent or intense; very fresh smelling in a good way.
T/M: There's a berry fruitiness to the taste, with a smooth spiciness. Nice, full mouthfeel, without being terribly sweet; it's dry without compromising body. A bit of fruit-like sourness. Very mild Brett-characteristic funk.
O: I really like this beer. Very refreshing, tasty, and complex. There's a lot going on, but the beer is not muddy, and is not overly intense in any of its attributes (ie sour, spicy, funky). I think the rye is adding a lot and giving the beer a very down-to-earth feel, perhaps because the mild spice and mouthfeel. I plan to pick up a bottle for aging, because I can see this really changing positively (ie more funk) with some age (not that it isn't great now).
